Associate

Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C., seeks an associate to join its Litigation Practice Group in the Morristown, NJ office.   In addition to solid academic credentials, candidates must have excellent research, writing, communication, and analytical skills, the ability to think and work independently, and be prepared to assume significant responsibility.  Candidates should have 2-4 years of litigation experience including drafting pleadings discovery requests and responses, writing motions, and interacting with clients and opposing counsel.  The ideal candidate’s litigation experience will include commercial litigation, employment litigation, and employment counseling and investigations.  New Jersey and New York bar admission required.
