Overview
Dean focuses his practice on representing corporate debtors and creditors, including committees of unsecured creditors, trustees, equity holders, purchasers of distressed assets, and other parties in interest in the areas of bankruptcy, financial restructuring, debtor-creditor relations. In addition to his restructuring experience, Dean is also gaining commercial litigation experience, and has assisted in the representation of small and mid-size business owners in various disputes.
