Porzio Welcomes Returning Associate Heather Siegelheim

Porzio is pleased to welcome back to the firm Heather B. Siegelheim as an associate of the Life Sciences Compliance and Regulatory Counseling Department.

Ms. Siegelheim is also a Compliance Associate with the firm’s subsidiary, Porzio Life Sciences, LLC (PorzioLS). In her role with PorzioLS, Ms. Siegelheim counsels pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies on a variety of compliance-related issues, including federal and state fraud and abuse laws, FDA promotional regulations, industry standards regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, and sampling requirements. Additionally, she also assists in the creation, development and implementation of the subsidiary’s products and services.

Ms. Siegelheim’s previous experience defending companies in pharmaceutical, commercial and product liability litigations affords her a unique perspective in this dual role.
