- In addition to Morristown we also have offices in New York City, Princeton, NJ and Westborough, MA.
- We have over 220 employees, including over 80 attorneys, 33 of whom are principals.
- Porzio formed a strategic alliance with Love and Long, L.L.P., a boutique, minority and woman-owned law firm with offices in Newark, NJ and Philadelphia, PA. The alliance enables each firm to expand its client base and provide enhanced client services.
- Sixteen Porzio attorneys are recognized by New Jersey Super Lawyers as top attorneys in their fields.

- The New Jersey Law Journal ranked Porzio 4th for Pro Bono among the Top 20 New Jersey Firms in 2012.
- Although we built our reputation on our litigation and trial skills, we have expanded our practice to include regulatory law, bankruptcy, commercial real estate, corporate law, governmental affairs, intellectual property, land use, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, labor and employment law and dispute resolution. In total, we serve our clients through 27 practice areas.
- Our clients are some of the nation’s largest and most reputable companies including Pfizer Inc., Wal-Mart, Huntington Learning Centers, LifeTime Fitness, ProLogis, Leggett & Platt, Inc., and The Hertz Corporation.
- Our attorneys receive guided, hands-on experience early in their careers. We develop the “whole attorney,” which means highly skilled legal talent for our clients and greater job satisfaction for our people.
- Porzio is a member of the International Business Law Consortium, a group of more than 100 independent law firms, tax advisories and business consultancies. (www.iblc.com)
