CLE Program for NJ Attorneys to Learn about NY Civil Practice

Allan I. Young, Porzio counsel, will be speaking at a NJICLE program on “What New Jersey Attorneys Need to Know About New York Civil Practice.” 

Mr. Young has been presenting at this very popular ICLE program for many years.  It is geared towards New Jersey attorneys who are currently handling New York cases or who are looking to expand their practice into New York state.  The program, which also features NY Judge Philip Straniere and attorneys Joseph Bottitta, Ed Nitkewicz, and Ellen Fishman as presenters, offers 4.5 NJ CLE credits, including 1.2 Ethics credits.  CLE credits are also available in New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.
