Porzio Obtains Zoning Board Approval for Habitat for Humanity to Develop an Affordable Housing Project in Waldwick

Porzio, Bromberg & Newman P.C. was successful in obtaining unanimous approval from the Waldwick Zoning Board for Habitat for Humanity to develop a 4-unit affordable housing project. Lawrence A. Calli, an associate and member of Porzio’s real estate practice group, represented Habitat for Humanity in its effort to obtain a use variance to convert a two-family home into a four-family affordable housing residence. Habitat plans to create two two-bedroom units, a three-bedroom unit and a four-bedroom unit.
