John Mairo Participates on a US Bankruptcy Roundtable Discussion

John S. Mairo joined a panel of leading experts to discuss the latest developments in the US bankruptcy market. The members of the roundtable, published by Financier Worldwide, a leading publisher of news and analysis on the global corporate finance market place, discussed a range of topics covering recent developments in the industry. John commented on many issues that have affected the financial crisis in the US, including the lack of available financing for businesses, the role of private equity and hedge funds and the long road ahead as the US economy recovers.
John co-chairs the firm’s bankruptcy/financial restructuring group and concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy workouts, financial reorganizations and creditors’ rights. He is certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification and has achieved the preeminent “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
