Mark J. Politan Joins Porzio's Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Practice Group

Porzio, Bromberg & Newman P.C. is pleased to announce that Mark J. Politan has joined the firm as counsel in the Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring practice group.
Mr. Politan will continue his practice in the areas of insolvency, business reorganization, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy litigation. He has previously been associated with Lowenstein Sandler in Roseland and McDermott, Will & Emery in New York. Most recently, he was a member of Cole Schotz in Hackensack.
Mr. Politan received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 1998 and, a B.A. in English, cum laude, from Boston College in 1995. He is admitted to the New Jersey and New York bars.
