"Emerging Issues in New Jersey Ethics" was the topic of a program Stephen C. Matthews, principal, presented at the Spring Meeting of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey (TANJ) on June 7. The program covered ethics rules that apply to witness preparation, use of social media and the growth of alternative fee arrangements.
