Practice

Lisa Bromberg is a principal of Porzio, Bromberg and Newman and is a member of the firm’s Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group. Her practice encompasses matters of environmental compliance, permitting, property and Brownfields development, property transfer litigation, OSHA issues, auditing and the public relations aspects of environmental law. 

Lisa has developed an expertise in renewable energy issues including the negotiation of power purchase agreements, the maximization of financial and tax incentives, and the management of the issues related to the installation of renewable energy systems.  By forming strategic alliances in the industry, she is able to bring to her clients all of the resources necessary to create successful renewable energy projects.  The various disciplines offered by Porzio provide further support to clients in addressing such related issues as zoning, the creation of related commercial entities and taxes.
