Our proven track record of success in appellate courts has established Porzio as a leader in appellate practice in New Jersey and New York. We have served as co-counsel to national law firms on appeals in New Jersey and New York. In addition, we have considerable experience preparing amicus curiae briefs on issues of importance to our clients.
Porzio's appellate practice boasts a retired justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court, three former trial judges, and a team of lawyers who clerked for justices and judges of the New Jersey Supreme Court and Appellate Division.
