Phoebe T. Clewley

Phoebe T. Clewley is an associate of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C. and a member of the firm's Life Sciences Compliance and Regulatory Counseling Department. 

Phoebe advises clients on various legal and compliance topics, including privacy-related matters such as helping to address compliance with the EU and UK GDPRs, California privacy, including the CCPA and CPRA, and other state privacy laws. As a Compliance Associate with Porzio Life Sciences, Phoebe also assists clients with various compliance matters related to privacy, spend transparency, state distribution licensing, and sampling.

Prior to joining the firm, Phoebe held positions with Foundation Medicine, Inc., where she acted as a Compliance representative on a cross-functional GDPR task group, advising the business on various privacy issues and appropriate policies, procedures, and auditing and monitoring efforts. Additionally, she helped educate employees on ethics and compliance protocols and contributed to implementing the company's transparency reporting obligations. 

Phoebe received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA, and her B.A. in Psychology from Smith College in Northampton, MA.
