Josh is an experienced litigator in New York state and federal courts. He primarily represents construction industry clients, with experience litigating contract disputes, mechanic’s lien claims, payment and performance bond claims, delay claims, and construction defect claims. Josh’s years of experience litigating in trial and appellate courts provides him with the tools he needs to successfully and efficiently guide his clients through any dispute.

After obtaining his Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law, Josh served as a law clerk for the Honorable Frederick P. Stamp, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia. Josh has since litigated a broad array of construction and other matters in New York state and federal courts, and has handled appeals before the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
