Andréa Maddan is a member of the Wealth Preservation and Litigation practices. Her practice focuses on working closely with clients to create and implement estate and asset protection plans that accomplish their personal and family legacy goals. Andréa is also involved in many aspects of the estate and trust administration process, including guardianship and estate related litigation issues.

From her experience as a law clerk in the Special Civil and Family Divisions, Andréa brings knowledge to her clients on a range of issues including foreclosures, breaches of contract, personal injury and mediation of landlord-tenant, matrimonial, and small claims matters.

During law school, Andréa was an Editor-in-Chief for the Rutgers Race & the Law Review. She also provided pro bono legal services through the Rutgers Law Community and Transactional Law Clinic through representation of clients in guardianship and business formation matters.
