Vito A. Gagliardi, Jr. Spoke at ASAH Symposium

Vito A. Gagliardi, Jr., a principal of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, spoke at ASAH's 2nd Annual Symposium about Human Resources and Employee Law. ASAH's 2nd Annual Symposium was held on Friday, March 6, 2015 from 8:00 am - 2:30 pm in Eatontown, New Jersey.

Mr. Gagliardi, Jr. spoke about the National Labor Relations Board and how it has grown increasingly aggressive in preventing employers from restricting employees' use of social media to discuss work issues. The session provided updates on recent rulings and suggestions on how to respond.
