MCBA Seminar: If, When and How to Create a Special Needs Trust

The Elder Law Committee of the Morris County Bar Association (MCBA) will present an MCLE seminar panel for plaintiff's counsel: "If, When and How Should We Create a Special Needs Trust as Part of Settlement or Case Resolution Planning."
