Judge Maurice J. Gallipoli to Speak at Civil Trial Advocacy Summer Institute

The Honorable Maurice J. Gallipoli will present during the Civil Trial Advocacy Summer Institute taking place July 11 - 12, 2016 at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

The Civil Trial Advocacy Summer Institute, presented in cooperation with the American College of Trial Lawyers, is designed to sharpen six key aspects of civil trial practice using a combination of lectures and demonstrations. The areas of focus are: Opening Statements; Direct Examination of Lay Witnesses; Cross-Examination of Lay Witnesses; Direct Examination of Expert Witnesses; Cross Examination of Expert Witnesses; and Summation. The program provides attendees with a competitive advantage earned by learning from the courtroom experience of some of New Jersey's top trial lawyers.

Monday, July 11, 2016 - This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.7 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours of credit towards ethics/professionalism and 6.7 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law.

Tuesday, July 12, 2016 - This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.7 hours of total CLE credit. Of these 6.7 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial.
