This program is the second in a series of seminars that will be put on in 2018 by the Wealth Preservation group on a range of estate planning, elder care, trust, and tax topics.  

This seminar will address the intricacies of probate, the role of an executor and how one is appointed, and the responsibility for non-probate assets and taxes. The program will also advise on handling assets in multiple states, dealing with unhappy beneficiaries, and the complete administration process of an estate.

For CPE credit purposes, this program will be at a basic course level with no required prerequisites. There will be 2.0 CPE Taxation credits offered.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.0 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism, 2.0 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law, and 0 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in criminal trial law, workers compensation law and/or matrimonial law. BCLE Reg. 302:10.
