Porzio Welcomes Principal Crystal West Edwards to the Firm

MORRISTOWN, N.J. – Porzio, a leading national law firm, is pleased to announce the arrival of Crystal West Edwards as a principal in the Wealth Preservation Practice Group. Ms. Edwards joins the firm from Schenck Price Smith & King, LLP where she was a partner. As a Certified Elder Law Attorney, by the ABA accredited National Elder Law Foundation, Ms. Edwards strengthens Porzio's elder law and special needs practice areas and supplements the firm's current trusts and estates practice. Ms. Edwards' experience enhances Porzio's ability to counsel in the area of qualifying for and maintaining government benefits designed to assist seniors and individuals with a developmental disability or other special needs.

 

Ms. Edwards received her B.A. from the University of North Carolina (Charlotte), cum laude, and J.D. from Pennsylvania State University's Dickinson School of Law. Ms. Edwards has been recognized as "AV Preeminent" by Martindale Hubbell for legal ability and professional ethics, based upon a peer review of the Bar and the Judiciary. She is a Past President and life member of the Garden State Bar Association, New Jersey's oldest and largest professional organization for African American judges, lawyers and law students. Ms. Edwards is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and she is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
