Porzio's Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Team Chosen to Represent Unsecured Creditors' Committee for PBS Brand Co., LLC, et al.

Porzio was selected to represent the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 proceedings of PBS Brand Co., LLC, and fifteen of its affiliates.

Together, the Debtors are a chain of "eatertainment" venues,including Punch Bowl Social, an all-in-one karaoke, arcade, event space, and food and drinks destination, featured in Inc. magazine and included in Fast Company’s Top 50 List of the World’s Most Innovative Companies. The Debtors’ Chapter 11 cases, which were largely precipitated by the impact of COVID-19, are currently pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The Porzio attorneys representing the Committee are Warren J. Martin, Jr., John S. Mairo, Kelly D. Curtin, Cheryl A. Santaniello, and Rachel A. Parisi.
