Overview
Lisa N. Brown works closely with firm leadership, stakeholders, and committees to develop, coordinate, and track strategic initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. She serves as the firm's thought leader in Diversity best practices.
Working in conjunction with the firm's Workplace Diversity Committee, Lisa is responsible for the oversight and implementation of the firm's DE&I strategic plan and related initiatives.
Lisa leverages her nearly two decades of legal practice to inform her role as advisor and champion of diversity, equity & inclusion.
